The Coronavirus (Covid-19) is now affecting us all. Government directives about it change on a daily basis.
Our first priority at Payne & Co is to minimise risk to staff, clients and those members of public that we deal with, while continuing to provide a high standard of service. We will be immediately adopting the following procedures to create a safe working environment whilst attempting to provide continuity of business operations.

Our Office & Appointments

Until further notice we will have telephone meetings rather than physical meetings. Please do not visit our office in person as this is now closed to all visitors and key staff are working from home, remaining contactable by telephone and email. We are well prepared to work remotely where we will have access to our telephone systems, files and databases enabling us to continue with day to day business relatively uninterrupted.

Our priority is to keep our staff and clients safe and to continue business with as little disruption as possible. Please feel free to call us to discuss any concerns you may have.

Property Viewings & Market Appraisals

We will for now, suspend property viewing and market appraisal appointments. Please note that just as soon as government advice permits we will immediately return to ‘business as normal’.
